My research interests include environmental and energy politics, the state, and expert networks in the Global South (with a strong focus on Latin America). Recently, I completed a book manuscript entitled “How Skills Shape International Cooperation: Environmental and Nuclear Networks in the Global South” where I examine the determinants of international inter-agency cooperation in Latin American, Africa and Asia. I have also published scholarly work in many peer review journals including: World Politics, the British Journal of Political Science (BJPS), the Latin American Research Review (LARR), and Latin American Perspectives (LAP).
