UMD PLCY Professor Susan W. Parker professor Susan W. Parker has become an Executive Committee Member at the Latin American and Caribbean Economics Association (LACEA) and non-resident fellow at the Center for Global Development (CGD).  LACEA is an international association of economists with common research interests in Latin America. CGD works to reduce global poverty and improve lives through innovative economic research that drives better policy and practice by the world’s top decision makers.
