Our Goals Are Our Compass

The Maryland Global hub—comprising the Office of International Affairs (OIA), Global Learning Initiatives (GLI), Education Abroad (EA) and International Student & Scholar Services (ISSS)—aims to help deepen the university’s commitment to advance the global common good through learning, research and partnerships.

As Maryland Global, we assist the university community in realizing the global goals of the university’s strategic plan and focus on internationalizing the four strategic commitments of Fearlessly Forward: global learning, global challenges, global community and global partnerships.
