Qualified F-1 Students Can Now Request A Premium Processing Upgrade

USCIS announced it will begin accepting premium processing applications for OPT applications. 

On March 6, 2023, USCIS announced the option of premium processing for F-1 student pre- or post-completion OPT, or for a STEM OPT extension in the following phases:

Beginning March 6, USCIS will accept Form I-907 requests for currently pending OPT or STEM OPT applications.

Beginning April 3, USCIS will accept Form I-907 requests when filed together with Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization.
