Submit Documents and Forms

Did you know forms and immigration documents can be submitted electronically to ISSS via  iTerp?  Once received, your information will be reviewed by an ISSS advisor who will contact you if there are any questions or follow-up is needed.  Listed below are just  some of the tasks and documents you're able to submit via iTerp.

• Newly Admitted Students - I-94 Record, I-20/DS-2019, Passport, Visa, Proof of Insurance. For iTerp login instructions, click here.
• Continuing Students - Status Change, Exit Plan,Updates should be submitted via iTerp.
• Scholars/Faculty on J-1 Visa - I-94 Record, DS-2019, Passport, Visa, Proof of Insurance, Dependent Information should be submitted via iTerp.
