Join the Inter-Agency Task Force and Greater Washington Forum on Israeli Arab Issues on Tuesday, October 6 at 12 pm for a discussion with Dr. Fahed Hakim, Medical Director of the Nazareth Hospital, and Nidal Othman, Deputy Mayor of Tamra, for a discussion of the second wave from the medical and community frontlines.

About the Speakers

Dr. Fahed Hakim is the Medical Director of Nazareth Hospital, the largest medical facility in the Arab sector. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Medicine at the Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology, and also serves as a Senior Physician in Pediatrics and the Paediatric Pulmonary Institute at the Rambam Health Care Campus in Haifa. 

Nidal Othman is the deputy mayor of Tamra. He is a social and political activist, a lawyer by profession and an advisor to community organizing initiatives and project development.
