Talk2Me: UC Chile Invites Students to Practice Spanish Online with Chilean Peers

Are you interested in practicing Spanish with a native Spanish speaker?

Apply for the Talk2Me program, hosted by our international partners at UC | Chile, to get paired up with a Chilean student for weekly conversations during the fall semester.

During this eight-week program, from September 5 to November 4, you will meet with your UC partner once a week for at least one hour and exchange ideas on a given topic. Because the purpose of the program is to practice English and Spanish through conversation, participants are expected to have sufficient knowledge of their partner’s language in order to actively participate in the activity.

This program is designed for undergraduate students and it's an ideal way:

  • to prepare for a semester abroad in a Spanish-speaking country,

  • to maintain language skills after studying abroad,

  • or to enrich the language learning process for those who are unable to travel.

Interested students should apply directly by filling out the simple sign-up form below.

Please feel free to share this invitation with any friends or classmates you think might be interested.

The call for applications is open until August 31.
