Notice of Filing of Labor Condition Application

In compliance with Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration’s requirements (20 CFR 655) for employers petitioning for non-immigrant work visas, the links below lists positions for which the University of Maryland intends to hire non-immigrant employees under the classification of H-1B Specialty Worker.  Candidates have already been selected to fill the positions.  The "Notice of Filing of Labor Condition Application" is not a posting for an open position.

This page contains links to DOL Forms ETA 9035E, electronic Labor Certification Application (LCA) that have been filed with the ETA for the purpose of hiring H-1B non-immigrant specialty workers at UMD.  Each LCA shall remain electronically accessible via this site for a minimum of 10 business days.  Each LCA contains information regarding the occupational classification being filled, the wages offered, the period of employment, and the location of employment.
