Graduate Assistant

He/Him

Cameron Busacca is a Ph.D. candidate studying international education policy. He has had the privilege of working with the ISSS office for six of the last eight years. He believes strongly in the value of educational exchange and applauds all of the international students and scholars who improve the University of Maryland with their contributions. Although Cameron assists wherever needed in the office, his focus has been on programming. He has organized the English Conversation Partners program since its rebirth in 2016 and has assisted with the creation of the International Orientation Leaders and the International Student Advisory Board, among other programs focused on career and academic goals. Cameron loves the work he does; every day is an opportunity to learn a new perspective, and he genuinely believes the work he does makes the world a better place.
