Collin joined the Education Abroad team in April 2022 and supports efforts to integrate global learning into the curriculum. Before coming to the University of Maryland, Collin was a graduate assistant in the Office of Multicultural Affairs at the University of North Carolina, Asheville. They received their M.Ed. in higher education student affairs from Western Carolina University and their B.A. in communication studies from Clemson University. During their graduate program, Collin held an internship abroad at the University of Oviedo in Spain. They are passionate about working collaboratively to ensure students receive the support needed before, during, and after their study abroad experiences. In their free time, Collin enjoys reading at new coffee shops, hiking with their dog, and planning future travel itineraries.
