Emily joined the Education Abroad (EA) team in May 2022. She is a Texas native and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BScA in human development and family sciences in Fall 2019. During her time there, she participated in a faculty-led program in Italy and extended her stay throughout the summer to continue traveling around Europe. After her return, she went on to pursue her M.A. in higher education at the University of Houston where she also worked as a graduate assistant in the Learning Abroad office. Emily is excited to continue helping students discover their academic goals, personal aspirations, and professional development opportunities within the field of international education.
