Looking for work as an international student can be daunting. Learn some of the cultural norms of the US work world and how to focus your internship search effectively.

This session, led by an International Student Advisor, will assist International Students in applying for work authorization, known as CPT, which allows F-1 students wishing to participate in an off-campus training program that is an integral part of an established curriculum.

Do you need clarification about options for staying and working in the United States after graduation? Are you worried about the H1B quota? Is it true that OPT has been extended to 2 years? We are pleased to sponsor a seminar presented by an experienced immigration attorney.

Learn some of the cultural norms of the U.S. workplace and how to focus your internship search effectively. We will also review basic job search strategies and the process for enrolling in CPT.
